How do I place an order? Order online via our secure website with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.  No need to register for an account on our website unless you want to. Add the item you want to purchase to your cart, checkout of our secure store. All your information is kept private and we don’t keep credit card information on file at our website. Is it safe to place an order at your website? Yes, we have a secure and strong SHA2 & 2048-bit encryption. At any time, click on the lock icon in the browser URL bar and see details of expiration and issuing company. How soon will I receive my order after I place it? All inventory is in stock and ready to ship. We do our best to ship within a day or two business days. We do not ship on weekends. What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to send in a check, email us. Can I buy more than 1 of the same painting? No sorry, what is in stock is all we have. We can paint a new painting under a custom order. Please note that any acrylic pours cannot be duplicated exactly and since all artwork is handmade, there are different end results that occur. Do you ship international? No, not at this time. Can I return my order? Yes, within 14 days, as long as the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Buyer pays shipping on the return and the original postage won’t be refunded. There are no returns on sale items. Is there a reason my order could be delayed? Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons, order early. Will I be charged sales tax? Idaho residents will be charged sales tax of 6%. What are the shipping costs? Our base rate is $18 for the smallest paintings. Larger paintings may be charged more.
